We went to The Smoke Shack Ashford for their soft launch in their new venue, The Tap Room last Saturday and the food was exceptional. The standouts were definitely the pulled pork and pulled chicken donuts and the dirty fries. I’m slightly nervous they don’t look like they’re on your regular menu as they were honestly some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. We’ve been raving about them to friends and family since.

Please thank the chef for us, he was brilliant.

We will definitely be visiting again.

Fantastic BBQ Brisket. So tender and a great flavour. Glad it wasn’t covered in an over powering bbq sauce and the meat, spices, cooking method and the chefs skill allowed to shine through. The Mac and cheese is definitely worth a special mention and a must on my next visit. The fries are a winner too. We have been twice now and both meals were spot on. The baked beans were a nice surprise and will have them again. For the people complaining about the prices - you get what you pay for and this quality is worth paying for! The staff also have been friendly and helpful!

Really enjoyed the burger, beef brisket and pulled pork. All were really well flavoured and cooked. The fries were super yummy with the paprika spices.

Definitely recommend a visit to check them out.

If I'm honest, I've been putting off writing a review for my own selfish reasons. My Google reviews are typically well read and, if I speak truthfully about Street Kings Smoke Shack, then there is every possibility that they'll see a significant increase in customers and that means that there may not be any food left for me by time I get there.

I'm assured that they have the best brisket in town. I've never had it as it's always sold out. I've seen other people eating it, so it certainly exists. One day I'll get there early enough to have one of my own.

But I'm not too sad, as it does mean I have had lots of time to spend with their chicken burger which, for me, stands as a reference for what a chicken burger should be. Naysayers out there will tell you that there's nothing more to be achieved with a chicken burger. But they are wrong! Street Kings have pushed past the limits of chicken burger to create something so succulent and full of flavour that you will shed a tear when you experience it. Christ, I'm getting hungry just thinking about this burger. It's practically it's own food group, and the only burger I've dreamed about.

First time visiting tonight got a friendly greeting everything done fresh as you wait ordered online so i was a bit early as wasn't sure location nice guy cooking the food was very helpful letting me try the sauces as im funny with sauces. Had 2 double burgers that were amazing. My son had the brisket burger with pulled pork which he said was great. Chips were good. The brisket box we ordered well wow so tender great flavour will deff be returning thanks for the friendly chat buddy. See you soon

First time coming to street kings smoke shack today, I have tried so many so called smoke houses in Kent.
All I can say is this place is the real deal, the brisket was amazing the best I have tasted out side of London and the fries and slaw compliment the meat so well.
I was so impressed I had to order the smoked sausage box meal aswell, again banging the spice and flavorful sausage was amazing

I don't normally review many places unless they are outstanding for the area and this smoke house is definitely that.
The chap that owns and cooks took time to speak to me about the food how it's smoked by him on site which I thought was a great touch and to speak to someone that passionate about there food was great

I will be a regular customer now and amazing find in a great little quirky environment with micro pubs.
