Finished my 9 week course in march went straight into a barber shop 3 days after and have been working full time since, loved every second of it and couldn’t recommend it any more! Best place about by a long shot, don’t waste your time going anywhere else other than here! Christian and Lloyd will help you with everything during and after your course. Amazing

Currently training at the academy and honestly can’t recommend enough. The support that is provide is consistent and comprehensive.
Both Lloyd and Chris are extremely knowledgeable on all areas surrounding barbering from current styles to different hair types. The support you receive throughout helps you develop as a barber and establish the confidence needed in all areas of barbering. The clientele are phenomenal and the atmosphere in the shop is very relaxed and welcoming. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to expand their skill base or looking into starting their future in barbering.

Wonderful experience at TL Barbering Academy. Very pleased with my free haircut. Thomas or Lloyd are available there all the time guiding students and keeping check on them. The atmosphere is also super friendly and relaxed. Highly recommended. 10/10 experience.

Great place for students to get haircut. The student barber is very skillful and communicate well with customer. The instructor will also actively engaging with the haircut process to improve the student's skills.

Christian and Lloyd both are amazing at what they do they both have a lot of experience in the trade and that reflects in the help and guidance given throughout the course. The course has given me the confidence and the skill set to pursue my goal in becoming a barber. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about barbering as a career. Meanwhile, the staff's here are extremely friendly, skilled, knowledgeable and their time management is very good.

I booked a private, 1-1 3 day course with the Thomas Lloyd Barbering Academy and it was absolutely brilliant! I rang and spoke to Lloyd as I needed to be able to cut men’s hair within my job as a makeup artist in TV. Lloyd was extremely accommodating and having done work within the TV and film industry himself was understanding of what I needed and wanted to achieve. Due to my work schedule I could only do a couple of days, Lloyd was able to book me in quickly and for a very good price. I couldn’t believe what I achieved in 3 days. From my first day, not knowing how to hold the clippers, to doing fades and cutting a gent’s hair practically by myself (with supervision of course) by the last day. All my training was done on live models, not training heads, which I was very grateful for as it makes a big difference. Chris taught me during my 3 days and was a brilliant teacher, easing me at the beginning and giving me bigger challenges when he thought I was capable. Both Chris and Lloyd are great guys and I will 100% be back again.
