Gould Barbers Baldock

My family have been coming to Kristie for years so when she started at Gould’s it was no suprise that we would follow her there. She’s amazing with my son’s hair. And the shop was so clean and hygienic, Just what is needed in these times! Excellent service as usual.

Took my 5 year old son here to get his first haircut, was abit anxious to put him in the chair hence putting it off for so long but Mario was just brilliant with him!! He was very professional and put him at total ease... The haircut was exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be more happy. The shop was really clean and Mario's timing was spot on, ready for us when we came in and achieved the look in what felt like minutes! Would definitely recommend him to others and I'll be sure to return.

Arrived at the store on a wet and windy Tuesday afternoon to be greeted by the great Mario, who informed me that he would be doing my hair for me. During the cut he gave me all sorts of worldly knowledge and advice, based around subjects such as marriage, travel and family. I drank from this well of knowledge throughout the cut, in awe at the extent of Mario's greater knowledge.

Having had the haircut and education, I paid a mere pittance for such a great service and exited the shop. Almost as soon as I left the shop, a local bikini model sprinted up to me and gave me her number. In the five minute walk to my car I got four other stunning women's numbers, and also found a winning lottery ticket. Now, I'm not saying this was due to the haircut that Mario gave me, but it's certainly a mighty coincidence.

So as I write this, laying in one of the seventeen beds I have in my lottery ticket funded mansion, gazing out of one of the hundreds of windows at my collection of luxury cars, whilst Megan Fox's better looking cousin sleeps next to me, I catch a glimpse of my reflection and I think to myself; 'man, that Mario sure does give some quality haircuts'.

Friendly staff with good service, never had a bad haircut in the time I've been using Gould. Especially useful now being able to book an appointment online as avoids having to queue.

They also handedly now take clubcard vouchers

Mario cut my hair and the skin fade was perfect. Even though he'd not cut my hair before, he listened to the brief and gave me exactly what i wanted. Friendly and professional. Will be definitely returning.

Had a very pleasant experience at the Goulds today having had a hair cut by Mario who is well experienced and knowledgeable informing me of new treatments coming soon. Looking forward to establishing a good relationship with the barber after seeing many barbers come and go.

first time using Gould barbers I booked in with Mario, very professional and friendly and my trim was spot on, he gave me advice on growing the top for what style I wanted. definitely will be using Mario again. top service!!
