Never wait for too long, the guys are really friendly and do a great job on my hair. I have a skin fade which takes a while, but it's an immaculate cut - can't fault this place. Pop in, you'll definitely be glad you did! :)

I have been coming here for quite some time, ever since I was a child. Like the photograph says. Over 50 years it has been here in business. I haven’t been coming here for quite that length of time.

If you are looking for a hair stylist, this place isn’t for you. Certain services you get from certain places, you would be disappointed.

Now you want your hair cut and you want a Gentleman’s Barbers; this is your place!

Even now I am still amazed at the skill, he makes its look simple and how fast he is. He knows his subject. So many apprentice barbers have passed through his hands over many years I have lost count. Prices are still perfectly reasonable.

In short, I wouldn’t trust anyone else for a haircut. What you want, already known and it gets done.

Been coming here since I moved into the area 2 years ago, and the entire team are fantastic. You get a really good haircut at a really decent price, and Joe, Ramona & Peter are all very lovely people who you will have some great conversation with alongside the quality cut!

Who would have thought a lady could go to a barbers! Desperately needed hair cut and all of north street were fully booked, and my pal noticed a sign in the window saying ladies cuts Tues and Thurs and to walk in... We did and both got our hair cut. No frills, and my hair is much neater. We paid 35 for cut and blow dry-no wash. We were a little shocked that it was this much but both agreed that actually the no frills approach was great, and who wants all that curly wurly finish and product on your hair after a cut? We both left happy and the lady was nice who did our hair. The best bit... WALK IN! And the chap made me a coffee while I waited. I'll definitely go back
