Best hair cutt i have ever had recommended

If you're in a rush it's okay I guess. I've used them twice in emergencies and on both occasions, it was an average cut. Not brilliant or terrible but average and that's why I gave them average marks.

Very un hygienic place no sign of cleanliness
Barber kept sniffing no hand sanitisers or mask
Price is significantly high
I would not go again neither would recommend it
Gas heater hanging out causing potential fire threat
I wonder if HMRC/LCC regulate these cash only barbers
