Jagged Edge Barbers

Would be zero stars if I could select that option!

I turned up at this Dunstable store and was turned away by the employee who was clearly closing up as I was driving into the car park at 18.25.

It was 18.27 by the time I’d reached the door, a decent 33 minutes before closing and 3 minutes before the last customer policy.

The blonde haired lady who was there on her own informed me that they stop taking customers 30 mins before. I pointed out that it was 33 minutes and was told “not by the clock inside”. I was then informed there was “no way I am opening up as I’ve been on my own all day and everything is cleared away now”.

Got to say- just awful awful customer service. I’m new to area and looking for a barbers and don’t expect that lazy attitude.

I appreciate she might have had a full on day and I’m not aware of her personal circumstances/other issues she might have, but the “I’m closing half hour early, so tough luck” attitude has lost a new customer for good.

Ruined my beard, she cut it 1 inch low my beard now looks like side burns also did my hairline to high and bent then did not fade my left side in properly very visible to see and on top of that charged me £28 quid for a 20 minute haircut, she was a fairly nice woman just seemed in experienced.

I've been using Jagged Edge in Dunstable for years now and always had a brilliant haircut, Hairdressers are very friendly and chatty and cut hair in quick time always to your standard
How they manage to do such an amazing job so quickly is behond me!!
Cost of haircut is good and you can pay by card too if you wish, and being based in Sainsbury's car park means lots of parking spaces and near Mcdonalds is an added bonus.
Anyone out there looking for a new hairdressers should give Jagged Edge a try, trust me you won't be disappointed!

Excellent experience, I only ask for a scissor cut, as I am happier with the results. No hesitation with the guys here. Very welcoming and polite. Will definitely be going back when needed.
