The barberman

I've been to many different barbers and hairdressers in the past and the experiences are at best inconsistent. Been a while now since I have my haircuts at The Barberman and they're always spot on. You usually don't get a better haircut for 4 times the price, and the guy is nice and friendly. He is also one of the very few hairdressers around to finish with a razor, which is always slicker. Thoroughly recommended.

Great barber shop! The owner/barber is very friendly and he is obviously highly skilled. For a £10 hair cut, you get the experience of a £40 cut. He could easily double the price, best cut I've ever had, from a fussy customer.

Brilliant place. The whole family goes here!!! I asked if he could do young kids and it was a confident 'yes' and honestly he did an amazing job. Way better than expensive kiddie hair salons. He calmed and entertained my 2.5 year old who normally cries at the hairdresser and it was a fun experience with a super cute little haircut too. Thoughtful throughout, such as turning on the hairdryer early and leaving it running in its holster so the sound wouldn't startle my son when he needed to use it.

I’ve lived in Wandsworth and tried a few barbers but this one is the best. Super friendly service, the owner always remembers your face. Decent price (£13 I think from memory) and they do a great cut. If you’re local, I would recommend going here.

Really great Barber, Sammy did a great job, understood my requirements perfectly did hair and beard to a very high standard and attention to detail. Very friendly and comfortable space. Respectful of the current “situation”

Pros: very friendly staff, good atmosphere, all looks good. Saw some good short haircuts being done
Cons: not recommended for cutting long hair - I asked to keep the length and trim, the guy cut 10 cm... My mistake for not paying attention, but would not go back with the same request.

Summary: great and cheap for short haircuts, while not so good for long hair. My cut actually looks good, but not what I asked for at all.

I’ve been in lots of barbers in London, all over the years, and this one is deffo the one I’m staying for good! Even if I move one day, I’ll still come to see my mates Sammy and Manu! They’re very professional and do a great job! Also good conversation and friendly atmosphere!
