Red Barber Shop eltham London

I was having some work done on my van across the road and dropped in for a hot towel shave. Very close shave and the barber took his time in making sure it was smooth and close. Awesome value for just £8.

This guy is really good! Only been in twice but he blends in my hair perfectly.
Have to say I will have to go well out of my way but this dudes well worth it 😊
Today he pretty much excelled himself on my hair cut.
Highly recommend this barbers shop for pure quality and price.

Been going here for over 6 years now, price hasn’t ever changed for myself £10 set price for all the years. Was wanting to change my hairstyle for years always had a 2 all over, look like a new man these last 3 years constantly changing the style and boosting by confidence. Great barber, lovely man 5*

The barber is quite alright to be fair but does need a lesson in customer service (depending on his mood on that day). Have my haircut done here for a while now and, out of the blue, told me I should go elsewhere as I entered this morning. I don't find that funny - PMT?! - and apparently he's serious as he told me to save the tips rudely after the cut. That's fine - I'll not!

To be fair, I wasn't going to write a review as my visit was so long ago - but reading the other reviews it seems the same chap I met might still be working there. I see what Fabian means about being gentle, the guy actually rammed the clippers into my head a few times which hurt quite a bit. He also shouted at me at one point (when I hadn't done anything) and the whole visit was antisocial and awkward. I can relate entirely to a lot of the reviews here, and I never went back, not going to experience that again in a hurry.

Everytime we go this barber, he is very rude. I thought I was just imaging but today He Charged is £9 for each child even though outside it says £8 for children (until 15yrs). When I asked him he said thats what “he wants to charge now”! I don’t care about that extra pound but this guy has no idea about how to deal with customers politely. He is always weird & rude. Never going there again!

Took my son in today for a haircut and honestly have never seen such bad work. When I got home a actually cried out of anger and disappointment. The barber is rude and stared at me a lot doesn't listen to what his customers want and thinks he knows best. Avoid like the plague!!!!.

Great experience, lovely chap, made quick work of my long locks and long beard! Highly recommended, glad to have such a proficient local barber
