Mehmet is a wonderful barber that goes beyond the normal barber experience. This is my third time coming and I always request him. Always look forward to my next visit.

Honestly, the worst hair cut I’ve ever received. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I got this hair cut (£38) last Thursday and every day looking in the mirror I’ve grown to hate it more and more.

Super unprofessional all round. I asked for a 2 on the back and sides, fading into the top (which was a decent length) - barber pretty much did a 2 all over which has changed my style completely - weird because before we started he asked if I push it to one side which I replied yes but still cut most of my hair off…

I’d ask for a full refund but doubt I’d have any luck.

Some extras worth mentioning: Coughing into his hand that he used for touching my head, pushing his belly up against me while trimming, having multiple conversations with colleagues while cutting my hair (literally turning around while moving the shaver along my skull), the door also is next to the seat so everytime the door opens you’re met with a huge gust of freezing cold air and then to be charged £38 for this… you’d get better hair cuts in the £12 barbers in Camden.

Severely disappointed. Would expect nothing but the best from Ted Baker but this wasn’t a good experience at all.

I’d leave 0 star if I could but to be honest the barber was polite even though pretty much everything else was terrible.

AVOID the Liverpool Street Station location. This is a review for the 25 Old Broad Street Location near Liverpool Street Station. My first experience with Ted's was at the Duke Street location at it was very nice and professional, so I thought I'd try another location closer to home. Just a beard trim and razor clean-up. Boy was it the opposite experience. The dude was distracted, chatting with his buddy while he butchered my beard. The way the mirrors are set against the light through the window made it harder to assess at the time, but when I got home I was able to see how bad it was - lopsided mustache, with one side of trimmed significantly further above the sides and lip than the other, uneven patches of length throughout, where in some spots it was too short and others it looked wild and untouched. He dry shaved me - no steam or lather - and didn't even get all the hair - there was a literal space on my cheeks between where he shaved, one side the edge of my beard the other side a line hairs he completely missed. He didn't touch my neck and when I asked him again to clean it up and he forgot again I gave up - better to not do more damage. Then he put a un-warmed DRY towel on my face for a minute, and sent me on my way. I've just spent 20 minutes in the bathroom fixing the damage he'd done. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was pretty shocking, especially considering my previous good experience. Thank goodness I didn't try for a haircut.

Was given excellent service, as always, by Batuhan. The guys are always friendly and super professional. Will be coming back as often as possible!

The price is competitive for the level of service.

Gokhan, very pleased and very pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone who hasn't come to go. Service was amazing. Got hair cut and styled with facial wax. Must try! Quality!!!!

Gokhan provided a great hair cut and experience. He explained why he was doing each step and talked through the look I wanted to achieve with me first.

Mehmet always has really good service and gives me an unreal trim! 10/10 would recommend
