Sultan's Cut

Usually I’m very satisfied with this barbers shop. But I went in last week with my friend and was served by an older gentleman who was very rude and has left me with a rash on my head, clearly didn’t clean his clippers!! I was charged £15 for only a small bit of hair to be cut on the top of my head. He also didn’t listen to what I said and how I wanted my hair cut, he rushed me to get out of the chair by saying “ go go get out get out” so it wasn’t a feeling of comfort! There is a couple top lads who work there, they have cut my hair before and they are usually amazing never had any problems with them all! Just the older Bloke who cut mine and my mates hair, we both walked away dissatisfied and felt quite Rudely spoken to. Shame because they do have a couple good barbers but this one Bloke was awful. Sorry to write this lads

Skidded in fluent turkish into their chat on a hot evening and requested a short n nasty haircut. They said they were closed. Slow to respond on chat. I might let them m$assage me another time and review this rating. Salisbury sux.

Very good shop, very upset and disappointed baby not having the Full NecK/face shave even though I asked for it.. will try 1 more time next month when they move 2 minutes away from its destination

Never had a bad experience here, staff are always friendly and understanding. Definitely worth the price and congrats on the new shop!

The salon is really good. The guys there are friendly and they do their job satisfactorily.

The price is affordable too . I gave four stars because I just wish they should be a bit more hygienic.

I once came to have a hair cut, I noticed water splashed on the chair I was supposed to sit on... Also the barbing Apron felt wet on my neck, meaning it was used for the previous customer who probably sweated on it around the neck area and it was placed on my neck too.

Apart from all these, they are really good!

Just absolutely terrible experience. The person who i had the misfortune to hsve cut my haor, first looked at my hair and said ' you want a skin-fade on THIS??',thats red flag number 1. Secondly the guy when i asked for a skin fade was so confused and that made me worry more. Eventually he started ajd finished within 20mins and personally i care abput my haor alot. Seeing the carelessness and non-chalance with which yhis man cut my hair infuriated me. Every other place i have gotten my haircut, they have taken the time to understand wjat i want and checked my hairline thoroughly before beginning. This place does not in any way emulate what a true turkish barbers is like and my hair is now messed for the forseeable future.

I would definitely rate this place lower than 1 star if i it was even possible

Pros: friendly guys, offered us drinks, fairly happy with guys haircuts

Cons: took over an hour to give our 6 year old daughter a trim (would suggest taking girls to hairdressers instead)
