Asked for an undercut, with my hair left long enough on top to sweep back. No disconnects were made in my hair, and by the point I'd realised that the cut wasn't going as planned, a bunch of my hair had already been cut off the top. Now I have to spend months growing out my hair again.

Quick and efficient - minimal fuss. They don't demand an e-mail address and phone number like some other barbers do for marketing.

Would be great if they accepted card payments, but this is only a minor gripe.
