Headcase Barbers Guildford

At the end of the day really nice trim, however customer service is terrible, wouldn't kill them to smile every once in a while. Also they close earlier than they advertise, this has happened to me 5 times! Closing time is 6 so I arrived at 4:30 only to be turned away. I used to tip but every time I tip its like they don't even care I will not tip again. But like I said before very good trims.

I used to go here a lot, but have moved to another barbers, but I popped back in last week and honestly got the worst haircut of my life. Really rubbish - from the really young looking chap - and I spent a day really unhappy before going to another barber who actually remarked that the person who cut my hair butchered it.

A year or two ago, Headcase was really good, but it has gone right down hill.

Also, it's filthy. No one cleans it.

Went for a different style and I have to say the staff were very helpful and gave me an excellent cut! Going the extra mile to recommend product and maintenance going forward they really know their stuff! Can’t recommend this place enough :)

Haircut wasn’t bad, pretty standard though. Mustache was uneven with one side shorter than the other. Wouldn’t even have minded if wasn’t charged £41 for a haircut and beard trim, very overpriced.

Great Barber. I've been in several ones with my two boys, and by far, this is the best one. Fin was so patient and friendly with my 7yo and 4yo boy. We’ll undoubtedly come back regularly.

Good bunch of lads that really know what they are doing. The whole shop has a good vibe with music always playing and good conversation.

I visit Tom, who knows how to achieve exactly what you want with very little description! Talented.

My teenage son won’t go anywhere else, great service and always gains a decent haircut with Fin.

Best cut in Guildford! Really experienced and professional barbers, with a relaxed hipstery vibe. Good tunes always playing and a proper personal experience. I'll never go anywhere else.
