Been going to Nathan for a while now, and he always gives me the best cut - Can't recommend enough! Especially if you have long hair and aren't necessarily looking for the classic buzz-cut looks you typically get at barbers. Nathan is really versatile and accommodating for all hair lengths and styles.

Been using headcase for just over a year now, Nathan cuts my hair and it’s always to a top quality standard, he’s also a lovely guy. It’s great being able to book a time slot as well, won’t be going anywhere else.

Hugely impressed! It's difficult to find a salon that does exactly what you want when you want to go really short and alot of barbers aren't keen on working on women's hair. I popped in on a friend's recommendation and met LP who was more than game to work on my hair! Great attention to detail, and you get exactly what you ask for. The best haircut I've had since not being able to see my previous stylist since last March. Thank you for the awesome cut. Will 100% be back!

Back again for a long overdue visit that had been postponed due to illness and busy schedules on my part. Once again a 100% fab visit! Good to catch up with LP and I seem to get braver each time I land in her chair. Best haircut ever, absolutely love it! The same great level of care and attention to detail. Thanks for another amazing cut!

It's a good place for your haircut, definitely high quality finish and filled with friendly people. The punctuality has gone downhill since new management came in. I've had to wait 15-30 minutes past my appointment time the last 3 visits in a row, which never happened in the 2 years I was coming here before.

I have never had more time, care and effort put into a cut before, can't rate this place highly enough! LP cut mine and my sons hair, felt 100% confident and ended up going for a cut i had never felt brave enough to go for before but always wanted. The whole process was more of a collaboration and as a result i left more than happy, and feeling more confident than i have for a long time! Great staff, great atmosphere, great cut , great music - even my son didn't want to go home. Doubt i'll go anywhere else now, and will go back to LP - she really took the time to make sure i got the cut i wanted - and i really did! First rate!

Difficult to find a place comfortable with pixie cut of straight and thick hair. Very pleased with LP and Nathan. Both are professional and confident barbers. They understand different styles and give good suggestions. The shop is clean and cosy. The booking system is easy to use. Definitely would go again.
