Fantastic staff.
They always go above and beyond for both off us men's and lady's hairdressing.
I have had hair extensions over the years and changed my hair every colour from blonds to reds as the seasons change . As a small company they are excellent so helpful. hubby has his hair cut every three weeks and loves a cut throat shave for every special occasion he says he feels like new man every time.

Been coming here for a few years now and it's still my favourite place for a haircut. Simple, stylish salon and precise, excellent cuts. If my teenage son wants a haircut, this is where he asks to come as well.

I went in to cut off my hair I had been growing for years to donate to charity. I was slightly nervous at first, however, the stylist was very reassuring and very helpful. While I wasn't sure what kind of hair cut I was looking for after it got cut, she helped me out greatly and I am very pleased with the result.

Having had a couple of disastrous visits to a turkish barbers in the area I was giving up hope of ever finding a decent haircut in my new town Wellingborough but luckily my brother had been singing the praises of becks at the groom room so I gave it a try.
Becks looked at my current haircut, suggested some improvements which I took on board and went to work ... and I wasn't disappointed. It's probably the best haircut I've had in a longtime (my girlfriend certainly thinks so) and not only that but the price was amazing (just over a tenner? I'd pay double if not more back in london).

I've been coming here over a year now, and Bex is absolutely fantastic. My hair always comes out exactly as I wanted it, and the atmosphere in there is always good. Reasonable prices, great place for a haircut.

So this is what it's like to have your hair cut by a professional?

I didn't get her name but I can only assume it was Bex herself who cut my hair. I arrived close to closing time as a walk in, which I now know is less preferred to appointments, however, I was greeted in a friendly manner. I had to wait for around 35 minutes as there was a family in front of me but the reviews for the Groom Room made me intrigued to wait.

I'm not usually one for chit-chat during a haircut but I was able to connect immediately with Bex and she was very easy to talk to. She made me aware of why she was doing what she was doing and gave me some great insight about the cutting process, she offered me great advice about caring for my beard.

I'm very happy overall and will definitely be returning sooner rather than later, thanks!

I have been going to this barber since I was very young and will never go anywhere else to get my hair done... I’m not looking forward to Bex’s retirement! I even travel from a different town to go here! Bex is amazing and always makes sure that it’s exactly how I want it and is also a great laugh!

Bex is the best barber without a doubt!

In real need of a haircut, decided to walk in and couldn't have choose any better, if I'm honest. Had a very friendly and professional service and left very happy with the result.
