I was waiting for one person to get their hair cut before me.
There was only one barber working who took >50 minutes to give one basic haircut and trim before I left because it was taking too long.
I wasn't even apologised to or looked at as I left showing the lack of care for their potential customers.

The Barber here is a true gentleman apart from being an expert barber! Knows how to strike a conversation even with the first time visitors. Has an expert hand and master of his trade. The only thing that caught me off guard was having to pay in cash. Prices are certainly reasonable.

The best 20 minute cut you can get. Good chat & open late, what more could you ask for

Went there today and asked for just a fade and a tiny cut on the top as I'm growing the top. Instead I had the complete opposite, the fade was all wonky well if you can call it a fade 1 side the (right side) they shaved it completely off, (left side) wasn't even cut..

Looked like a short back and sides.

Also I noticed when I arrived home that they took a chunk of my hair from the top which I repeatedly said don't take nothing off the top.

Then the best bit was they started to blame me because I wore a hat. They also said don't have your hair the way you want it have it this way.

They didn't even know how to style a slick back. I think everyone can do a slick back on the top.

I've tried bad barbers out before bit hand on my heart this one was the worst one I've ever been too.

Hussein in my opinion is the best barber in Cardiff. He cuts my hair very well and takes his time. He never rushes and the price is very good. For £17 I get a beard trim and shape, medium skin fade and trim from the top! I’ve been going to hussein for over 1 year now and will never go to anyone else. Highly recommend crwys cuts!

Never had a bad cut. When lockdown finished there was such a que I went to my local in Caerphilly. They made such a hash I had to go to Crwys the next day and sort it for me.
Would always recommend him.

Avoid!. Cut my head(blood) because was to busy looking at the t.v. then had the nerve to charge me £12 for the pleasure.. go to JACK's down the road better, cheaper and cleaner
