Bathtub Bathrooms Showroom Chelmsford

Had both our old main and ensuite bathrooms totally renewed/updated by Bathtub 3 weeks ago.....including an amazing "Talis" walk in bath and shower. (See photos). Not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. Quite simply - brilliant! Steve and his team (special mention to Paul our fitter) were fantastic. Proffesional, courteous and utterly reliable. They take all the hassle of design, sourcing, supplying, and installation. You just relax and enjoy the finished job.

Paid about £8000 in total which was more than estimate of £6K/£7K. Very good work by the Romanian fitter Ernest but feel totally ripped off by Steve over fittings. Charged £130 for extractor and shaver point costing £60 so how much did he overcharge on everything else? Could go on, shower tray supplied was damaged, wrong sink unit fitted as ours had been fitted in somebody else's house, but it was swopped around the next day. Shaver point not fitted flush in wall as backplate not supplied by Steve so Ernest had to finish tiling. This would have been a higher star rating perhaps if Steve had rebated a bit on the electrical but he would not and then threatened to sue if I posted poor review!! Only Ernest's standard of workmanship saved the day so make your own mind up as to whether you would choose this company but make sure you don't get ripped off.

We were very happy with the finished product. We had two bathrooms done in the space of three weeks. Steve was very patient with us as we chose all the fittings and tiles, giving advice when required. He was a frequent visitor on site and monitored the project at all times. Ernest the fitter was truly professional, not content until every single detail was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Our shower room badly needed an update from it's vintage style, so we called Bathtub who we have used in the past for a bathroom refurbishment. Steve the owner is very knowledgeable and was able to give us lots of advice on products. The Covid-19 outbreak delayed the start of our job, but once they were able to start, great care was taken to follow the guidelines and keep us safe while completing the work.
Ernest the fitter completed the work quickly and tidily. We now have a lovely new modern shower room that we are really pleased with.Thanks to all at Bathtub for another great job.

After being let down by so many previous companies we were overwhelmed by the kindness and professionalism of Steve.
The service provided was outstanding, the fitter was a complete perfectionist and nothing has been too much trouble. The work carried out was of the highest standard by honest, kind and hardworking people. Could not recommend this company enough.

We had a brand new bathroom fitted including walk-in shower, fitted units, toilet a fantastic radiator/towel warmer, a great led mirror and completely tiled floor to ceiling. The job was carried out during the recent heatwave extremely professionally by Keith who was so polite, helpful and clean. We would recommend Bathtub and Steve and his team to anyone wanting a fabulous new bathroom

Just had our bathroom transformed by Bathtub. From start to finish nothing was to much trouble and we are over the moon with the result. A special mention to Ernest the fitter for a superb job. Would definitely Steve and the team at Bathtub.
