Our Aqualisa Quartz shower stopped working during the two days of extreme heat in July this year. Aqualisa were not particularly helpful offering to repair or replace the processor unit for £500+. On the chance that Aquality would do repairs, I submitted an on line form detailing my problem. Graham responded the same day and suspected a faulty controller in the bathroom, not the processor in the attic. I had a spare controller, fitted it and hey presto, problem solved, shower working. I am very impressed and grateful to Graham for his knowledge and helpfulness and taking time to help me out, with no cost to me. I can definitely recommend Graham's services.

We wanted to remodel our bathroom, and Graham fitted the bill perfectly. The initial contact was very thorough, and a quotation followed on time. We decided to refocus the scope of the work and Graham took this on board cheerfully and requoted, again to time.

Graham recently installed a new bathroom suite for us which involved re-modelling the space to include a large shower enclosure. He also upgraded our downstairs cloakroom replacing a basin and radiator. The work was completed to an excellent standard and was carried out professionally with good communication throughout.
