The Bath Sorts team did an extensive remodel of the main bathroom in our Finsbury Park terraced home last year. They also built, plumbed and installed a brand new separate WC on our ground floor.

From concept to implementation the service we received was top notch and I would enthusiastically encourage anybody looking for help with their bathrooms to contact them.

We met with the team at their Offord Road showroom and within a month we had agreed an excellent design using high quality components and fixtures and work quickly commenced. The work was extensive: it involved combining a separate WC room and re-positioning the toilet location, building the downstairs WC, installing new doors, adding a Megaflow and creating a separate walk-in shower - whilst also re-tilling, repainting and installing a heated floor.

Budgets and timescales were all met. The fixtures are all modern and of very high quality. But the best attribute is their craftsmanship and commitment to continued customer service - the work is intricate and clearly top notch and whenever we've needed any additional support (for example - getting bespoke glass shelves made to fit our new cabinets) the team have been incredibly responsive and continue to support.

Bath Sorts are a great business run by Dennis and his team. They offer flexible terms and great customer service as well as very competitive prices (if you push them!). They are very good on the detail and will arrange multiple (sequenced) deliveries to any site. A real pleasure to do business with, and they handle all the main plumbing brands. Priceless!

Dennis and the team at Bathsorts did an excellent job on our bathroom remodelling. From design to delivery, they took care of everything. This was a complex job, involving converting a standard Victorian bathroom into a wet-room and laundry room. Maybe not the cheapest but definitely very good value. In contrast to some other bathroom showrooms I visited I found their ever patient, knowledgeable and professional sales manager Dennis steered me through the myriad of different bath and fittings options to the option that was exactly right for me. He gave honest information about delivery times, followed up promptly to every query and I am very happy with the outcome.
