Fantastic from start to finish. Tom arranged for everything, from plastering and tiling to the skip. He was professional, and courteous and kept us well informed throughout the entire renovation. He was incredibly pedantic: every last detail of the room was thought of and executed perfectly- not a grout line out of place! Couldn't recommend higher!

Tom has done an excellent job renovating and remodelling our en-suite bathroom. When I first met him I knew he would take time and care to do a good job and recommend quality products to go with the pride he takes in his work. We spent a lot of time thrashing out the details before the work commenced, which I am sure he found a little tedious at times, but he has delivered the scope as discussed. Does what it says on the tin; very well!

Cannot recommend enough!! Our bathroom had a wall knocked down, stripped back to bare brick, needed completely reworking and was not the easiest task to complete. However, Tom managed to re-route the mains water (improving the flow in the process!), organise a plasterer, make an old tired 3 piece bathroom a beautiful four piece bathroom and the finish was beyond perfect. We were well informed from the outset and any hurdles were tackled with ease. Quality workmanship, knowledgeable, perfectionist - The advice was invaluable and the result better than we could have ever expected.

We experienced a very painful bathroom refurbishment some years ago which was really showing signs of wear. Naturally we were somewhat apprehensive with regards to being forced to doing it all again.

What a difference a good contractor can make. We are really pleased with the work carried out by Tom. From our initial contact through to completion Tom was professional, friendly, meticulous and thorough. He completed the work on time and on budget. Not only did he keep us informed, Tom was also helpful in offering suggestions and advise. In addition, he rectified a few "horrors" from the previous refurbishment that were discovered along the way. We are very happy to recommend Tom.

Great work from this guys - very good communication, a bit pricey, but you need to pay for the quality.
