We came across the showroom by accident whilst heading out to meet up with friends. Although not a large showroom we soon realised that the guy in there really knew his stuff and was able to offer a massive range of products (unlike the 'tied to a specific range' outlets). We chose a new bathroom from a range we had been quoted on earlier by another bathroom specialist including new tiles and flooring. The showroom representative gave us a guide price which was firmed up after a site visit. It was appreciably cheaper than we had previously been quoted. We had to wait a little while for the installation to be undertaken as they were quite busy but we are absolutely delighted with the finished result. An upbeat experience from start to finish, the fitters and tilers were efficient and friendly and the quality of workmanship is superb. We can thoroughly recommend them.

Had a really worthwhile experience at lakes bathroom , Nat the representative of the company was knowledgable in what he was selling ,. With no hard sell . My wife was really impressed by the tradesmen that carried out the work , being on time clean and courteous .

We have recently had the pleasure of having Nat and his team work on four rooms in our house (Family bathroom, downstairs toilet and two Ensuites).

All members of the team were very friendly, accommodating, knowledgable and helpful. The work carried out in each room has been completed to an exceptional standard with the minimum of inconvenience during the build period.

Nat talked us through our various options and provided a competitive price for the work. At no time were their any high pressure selling as Nat said “...it is better to get things right and ensure the customer is pleased at all stages of the job,”

One of the key beneficial features is the companies’ approach to letting the customer pick and choose all fittings and fixtures from a very wide selection without the need to renegotiate the price at every turn.

I would have no hesitations in recommending the company to anyone looking for a new bathroom or kitchen and in fact look forward to commissioning further work from them in the near future.

Basically they are a honest, hardworking company, that you can trust, who will carry out any work you need to a high standard.

Can’t rate this company highly enough. I needed replacement parts for my shower unit and they arrived by courier the very next day. All the staff on the phone were very helpful.
