BKBD has been a pleasure from start to finish on both my bathroom (which had its challenges) and my kitchen, the fitters where brilliant, clean, tidy and respectful of my property and 100% trustworthy.
Neil is unpushy, will direct you to similar products in your budget, and when the job is complete if he isn't happy he will get any foibles sorted (even if you haven't noticed them).
Would i recommend them, YES i would, would i use them again ABSOLUTELY!

Initially there was great communication from BKBD. Work started on date agreed and work was completed well. I'm a landlord so was not at the property but there was no complaints from the tenant. Unfortunately the shower stopped working (Bristan)and the plumber came straight back, fixed it and left. I paid the remaining balance. The shower broke again but this time we were told it would be better if we sorted the problem ourselves with the company. The tenant waited for a copy of the receipt from BKBD but it did not arrive so I sorted it myself. The shower company came round and sent some spare parts? With no contact from BKBD and it already being 2 months to get this far we paid our own plumber to sort it as he was there anyway. Thus incurring more costs!
I feel that as we had paid the balance we were forgotten about.
I won't be a returning customer.

I've recently used BKBD, My experience with the company was outstanding, would highly recommend there services. Neil from start to finish was excellent, this includes time keeping, communication and every questioned we had, it was answered with professionalism. Alot of thought went into the work force with the current COVID-19 situation and adhering to the govements guidance. I would seriously recommend and even use BKBD in the near future. Once again many thanks for our new bathroom. Look forward to the kitchen design.

I needed a new kitchen and utility and rather that look to any of the big national names I looked for a local business as I thought the people involved would be seriously invested in the company and proud of upholding its reputation. Excellent reviews led me to BKBD. Neil helped narrow down the style and colour I wanted to the most suitable provider. He seemed to know the manufacturer's product down to the most minute detail and his surveying and planning was down to the millimetre, as was the final result. The installer was Andy & it became clear that nothing but excellence would be allowed on his watch; his work ethic and craftsmanship were outstanding. Having contractors in your home can be stressful but Andy's polite, personable and friendly nature made it no stress at all. Craig and Will turned up to do electrics and some key plastering. The final fit, finish and presentation of the kitchen and utility exceeded my best expectations and is simply excellent; I love it! It has enhanced both the look and value of my home and I am very glad that I chose BKBD. If you live in the Nuneaton, Coventry, Hinckley area or even further afield I recommend BKBD for your home improvement project without reservation. I feel that my decision to go with a highly reviewed, in demand local company was absolutely the right choice and I will enjoy the results of their excellent craftsmanship for years to come.

With so much choice on the market, one always wonders if the company one chooses for a complete bathroom refit is the right one. Well from the moment the plumber arrived at our house we knew immediately that we had made the correct decision. The standard of work is excellent and he was polite, friendly and respectful to us at all times ensuring that we understood exactly what he was going to do. Together with the Tiler and Electrician he transformed our old bathroom to a modern bathroom that is practical and stylish. We were helped to choose a design that was suitable and within a budget that we could afford.
Both my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending BKBD for bathroom design and installation. We looked at local firms near us (Tamworth) but decided to go with BKBD from Nuneaton. We are very happy that we did.

From the moment we walked into the showroom to the completion of our bathroom transformation we were blown away at the high levels of professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail. Would higgky recommend to anyone. Thank you for our wonderful new bathroom!
