From beginning to end, it was a delight to work with Andrew whose knowledge and expertise, and willingness to help us find what we needed to completely replace an old bathroom to suit our particular needs, were exceptional. The whole team at BI are to be commended for their friendliness, professionalism, and work ethic. Tom and Pavel are fitters beyond compare - they took such care and pride in their work, left the site clean as a whistle every day, and were a pleasure to have in the flat. Before using Brooklands Interiors, I struggled to find a kitchen with a high-end modern design and top-quality build. I worried that I'd end up with a kitchen that looked stunning but wouldn't last the test of time due to poor craftsmanship and materials. Thankfully, after a short visit to the showroom and loads of excellent advice from Arthur, I was confident that a Warendorf kitchen would be a great investment. The ultra-modern look is really stylish, and the unique way the made-to-measure units are built feels super solid (pretty sure the kids won't damage these!). It's received lots of compliments from our friends too!

Very pleased with all aspects of our new kitchen from Brooklands Interiors. We had originally visited the usual retail park kitchen businesses and whilst some of the designs would have been ok for us the level of pre sale was awful, and the prospect of trying to resolve an issue after sale meant this was a non starter for us. Visited Brooklands and met with Artur who understood exactly what I wanted and was able to supply it. Within a couple of hours on that initial, unscheduled visit, we had spec'd the kitchen units, layout, worktops, utility room, media unit, mirrored splashback, 66 sq mtrs of floor tiles. Sarah picked up from there and along with Artur finalised the spec of appliances, finalised pricing, delivery schedules etc etc.

All the way through the process the communication was fantastic.

Delivery & installation went pretty much as planned. I had to delay by a week or so as my builders were later than expected, but this was routinely accommodated by Artur.

We had delivery issues from one of the big appliance brands related to the availability of components that many tech businesses seem to be experiencing. Sarah went out of her way to find the required appliances from a different supplier so that we could complete the install on time.

Installation was done mainly by Pablo who did a great job. When unpacking the kitchen units there were a couple of minor defects/omissions which he dealt with and resolved with no input from me.

We are so pleased with the end result and Brooklands interiors were a pleasure to do business with. We could never have achieved this from the any of the retail park brands. We may have paid a little more at Brooklands but the level of service, quality of product, and ease of dealing with was very very easy to justify.

We have recently completed an extension and extensive refurbishment of our home and chose Brooklands Interiors as our Warendorf kitchen designer and installer.
We came into contact with a lot of different trades during the project and we can say without hesitation that Brooklands have been one of our stars.
From the initial design consultation to after-sales service, they have been fantastic. The fitting of the kitchen was the icing on the cake, as their workmanship as well as their design and product were flawless.

Cannot compliment this Company highly enough. Andrew’s professionalism and attention to detail decided me to choose Brooklands Interiors - I felt I was in very safe hands and this indeed was the case throughout with total delivery on promise. Danny and his superb team who managed and delivered the refurbishment of 3 bathrooms did so with total professionalism, attention to detail, full attention and importantly with the minimum amount of disruption to us. Bathrooms look absolutely fabulous and would recommend in an instant.

Andrew at Brooklands is a consummate professional, from initial design through installation, completion and after care his customer service and attention to detail were impeccable. I changed several bathrooms and cloak rooms and all were designed and finished to a very high standard. The products used are very high quality and the finish exquisite. Andrew, who manages and runs the bathroom showroom at Brooklands Interiors is one of the most helpful and professional people I've ever come across. He is so knowledgable, efficient and genuine and the patience he has is incredible. We've had the pleasure of dealing with him for over a year now - we've visited the showroom endless times and his enthusiasm never waned. We are so delighted with our bathroom and cannot recommend the products and service highly enough!

We have had an absolutely amazing service from Andrew and the team at Brooklands, and will go straight back for any future bathroom needs! Our quote for products was very reasonable. Andrew is very knowledgeable, and could not have been more helpful. Everything arrived on time (in fact shower came early). Delivery team were very helpful. Andrew went above and beyond when some cabinet handles disappeared during fitting by our own plumber.
In my experience service like this is rare, but only ever found in independent or family owned businesses because they do actually care.
