The Wet Room

After a couple of visits to The Wet Room I decided on which colour/style of cladding I wanted for the bathroom. A young man took the bathroom measurements we had taken and was very confident that what we had calculated was short of what he calculated. We took his word and ordered the amount he recommended when he informed us that returning any unused packs could be returned/refunded. Our order was delivered free of charge later that day.
Unfortunately after applying a couple of rows of the cladding we noticed a row of spots in 1 area and an indentation on another piece. We were disappointed as we didn't think we were buying seconds and we were 1 strip short to finish our project so we enquired if they sold the cladding in individual strips instead of opening another pack.
On returning a complete pack of cladding is where the customer service broke down.
We were informed by a blonde haired woman very firmly that they don't sell individual lengths (there were x2 in the shop) as they are for the showroom and when you return excess stock there is a REDUCTION OF 25%!!!! When I questioned this she said that this is a common procedure, I said we were not informed of this otherwise we would of ordered the amount WE had calculated. We were never informed by the staff taking the order and payment, there's no information on the receipt stating this and on your website in terms and conditions there is no mention of a 25% charge on returned goods. On their website it does mention about customer care. Luckily for us the male owner did override the intimidating woman and gave us a full refund.
I do like to give local businesses my business but on this occassion we won't be ordering anything from here in the future for our next project.

Fantastic service! From start to finish was excellent, we are really pleased and would recommend to anyone, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again Paul and Staff and also Johnathan who has done a brilliant job.

From start to finish the Wet room has been a pleasure to use.
Complete bathroom refit , removing bath and all other fittings and replacing with walk in shower ,sink unit new toilet and unit radiator, extraction fan, new downlights ,and cladding all the walls and ceiling.
Nathan & Jake were very professional and friendly. They carried out the work with the minimum disruption to us and made sure everything was left cleaned and usable each evening. I really can't praise them enough and have since learned they are not subcontractors but are employed by the Wet room.

The Wet Room totally transformed my bathroom and toilet, after months of ignoring the state it was in..😑 Paul, Debbie, Nathan, and Jake, a big, big, Thankyou, for everything you all have done, you went above and beyond, for anything I asked for..I actually dont get embarrassed now, when people ask to spend a penny..🤣
Anyone who needs a bathroom, shower, toilet, remodelling, please dont hesitate to contact these guys, they are the Best..
