Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

One of the best bathroom showrooms / stores I have come across but without the silly prices. The showroom is incredibly large with some brilliant setups. Everything is clearly labelled. Bought a sink unit and matching toilet unit and separate toilet. Items arrived on time. Was a slight issue with the cistern being too small for the unit but this was swiftly remedied. Customer service absolutely superb and staff were extremely knowledgeable and respectful without the hard sell. Spent a good half hour browsing. Fantastic prices too. Am pleasantly surprised that a store of this calibre is in Kettering. Highly recommend!

We recently used Easy Bathroom. The showroom is great but the staff were better. We had very good service. There was a small problem but it was rectified very quickly. I could not have wanted more.
If I ever redo a bathroom, I will definitely look there first.

Steve was superb. We were only looking for a washbasin unit for our cloakroom but he was really helpful and knew exactly what to show us. As the name says, it was an easy process. We would definitely use them again, they have a fabulous choice on display (including some fabulous radiators), great staff, and easy parking.

The showroom was great and I was really keen to speak to someone about remodeling our bathroom but when it can to this and asking about the 3D planning I was told they were too busy and they don't do appointment on a weekend which for me did not make me feel like they wanted my business. The guy I spoke with was less than interested and I felt like an inconvenience. I will not be returning.

Looked great until you order and they have taken your money. Very poor from then on. Even refused to give me details of Sales Director or MD so I could complain. Quality of items in my case was poor. And super difficult to get parts and after care non existent.

Excellent choice of items. Staff very helpful. Lots of high end items.
