Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

A professional, friendly, knowledgeable team with great products. When you are refurbishing a house it can be very stressful and difficult if the suppliers you rely on are not on the ball but after trying a few other retailers we were very pleased to chance upon Easy Bathrooms (Watford). Duane at Easy Bathrooms is very knowledgeable about the products on offer, provides expert suggestions, patient design guidance and detailed follow up support. We have bought our bathrooms through them at reasonable prices and will most probably buy tiles for the whole house too. I have been very impressed with this experience so far, would use them again and would certainly recommend them to others. I have felt safe throughout too, as their signage, procedures and Covid specific approaches have reassured me that they are doing their best as a business to keep their customers and staff as safe as possible.

We bought our bathroom fitting from Easy Bathroom, Watford and are super happy with the products and the service provided to us. A big shout out to Oscar..he is truly an assest to the company!!! Right from the day one, Oscar was very promt, helpful and also gave us ideas that made our bathroom look even better. He has the ability to understand customer's likes and disikes and is very patient during the whole process. After receiving such a pleasnt service from Oscar, we plan to go back to Easy Bathrooms for our second bathroom as well. Thank you for all your help!

The staff at the Watford branch were extremely helpful and there are plenty of products on display and in their catalogue. Oscar, in particularly, was especially helpful and always got back to me when he said he would. Great all-round service.

Well, i asked for delivery Wednesday and waited all day and delivery did not turn up.

called store who advised that courier company tried to make delivery but i did not answer my phone and then told me driver had family emergency so did not complete drop.

I had tilers waiting next day and had to cancel them at a cost to me.

I just would not have minded if the story was not contradicted about drop.

Oscar and the team did a fantastic job helping us with choosing the best bathrooms and fittings for our home.

Nice friendly staff. Nice showroom.If you want to buy tiles you have to order the tiles and come back 3 days later.

We are in the process of having our bathroom retiled using tiles from Easy Bathrooms from Watford. We have been dealing with Oscar who has been nothing but a consummate professional.
We had been given misinformation from another branch so we were fortunate that Oscar knew what he was talking about and able to find us the tiles were were looking for.
He's been proactive at every step of the way, checking in with us when there were (minor) complications which reassured us.

Im sure the tiles will look great once finished!
