Great place with some fantastic products. They were happy for me to clamber in and out of baths, looking for the perfect one. They didn't have what we were looking for out on the showroom floor, but said if we wanted to, they had what we wanted in the warehouse (attached), and would be happy to get it out for us to try. Great customer service, and listening to how they interact with other customers, they really know their stuff, as they were a font of knowledge. Plus better quality products than B&Q has.

Fairly large showroom with good displays. Parking right outside. Showroom will be even better when they have finished upgrading it. Female assistant was fab, knowledgeable and patient. She gave some great tips which will inform the design of my new bathroom. Definitely recommend.

Tried to source and old part for a shower supplied here 10 years ago. The staff were super helpful and helped me out. Highly recommended for top customer service.
