ESP Bathrooms (TRADE & SHOWROOM)

The products I purchased from ESP were of very high quality and all look spectacular in my Bathroom. My experience was extremely positive. Showrooms are excellent and consultants give a personal service, if you have to come again they are happy to oblige. My consultant was Anja who was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and most important of all gave me confidence in what I was buying. Despite coming with a tight budget Anja was able to find me what I needed. After I received my quote I shopped around and was pleased that ESP price matched.  My experience had been so positive that despite receiving a call from the competitor to yet again beat ESP's price I turned them down as I felt ESP had earned alot of goodwill with me.

There was slight complication with my order but it was given immediate attention and resolved. I also got a call from the Sale Manager, Sohail, to apologise personally and explain what went wrong. He also graciously took on my feedback and promised to implement some recommendations I made.

We needed a refresh of a small bathroom with some quirks. ESP have a good range of quality products and Matt helped us come to good ideas. He worked hard to get the best solutions for us, with plenty of practical advice ad attention to detail. We probably could have bought the individual bits cheaper on the internet but the service provided (and solutions found) more than made up for it.

Visited ESP on a recommendation from our builder and also our plumber and I am so glad that we did. Hamzah was the person that helped us from the moment we first rang to the day of delivery, and he couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. His knowledge of the range of products available was excellent. They do have a very large range indeed and he guided us to what we needed to fit out 2 bathrooms to fit our specifications, budget and room dimensions.

The quality of the bathroom products available here is top end. I enjoyed just looking at the various displays as they are that good and varied and not the stuff you see every day. Some of the designs are quite ‘wow’. The products that look like they belong in a five star hotel.

We used the showroom on Kent Street but the other one on the Queens retail park is well worth a visit. We luckily timed our visit well and where they were changing around some of the displays and had reduced some items, so we took full advantage and bought a Villeroy and Boch sink unit and tap that we didn’t go in there for at all.

We are very happy and now won’t go anywhere else for bathroom items other than here.

Because of Matthew, we have bought some excellent bathroom furniture.
The advice he gave was 'spot on' and have helped us make the right decision.

They were very professional in their conduct and addressed all my requirements and delivered a fantastic result that I can only praise and give a 5star rating. My heart felt thanks to soyeb for my bathroom side and a thanks to Jav and Hanif for all their help and I would definitely recommend them.

If only every bathroom showroom had a Anya, i could’ve saved myself so much time and effort trailing around these clueless and over expensive showrooms.ESP gave me the time to look around without being pestered, but at the same time assured me someone would be on hand if I needed them. When I did do some enquiring... Anya gave me some excellent advice when i asked for her opinions. I’m now over the moon with my full wet room purchases....more to the point my husband is just happy that I’m happy!!!

Great service and huge selection of products. Ordered my bathroom and boiler from here a few years back. Everything delivered on time. Would highly recommend.
