Wish we had never stepped into the shop and kept with Insignia who have sorted Discount Bathrooms mess out. They are not cheap and their products are second rate. Keep clear you have been warned

We're very happy with our bathroom from Discount Bathrooms. Gus, our fitter, was really friendly and very conscientious, including being very tidy and leaving the house in as clean and orderly a state as possible each night.

We have just had another bathroom and en-suite from Discount Bathrooms. John and Kyle are excellent fitters and they imbue confidence because of their skilled workmanship. They were meticulous and extremely tidy. Simon's advice was again highly valued and it led to a great outcome. I can recommend this company with the utmost confidence and without reservation.

A generally positive experience with a disappointing conclusion. Service and advice initially excellent, then the project started several weeks later than originally advised (granted for reasons not within anyone’s direct control) and then over ran, however we were pleased with the quality of the installation, and overall look and feel. We were disappointed with the ‘aftercare’ however 1) an additional bill that we had no knowledge of or had not agreed for works that should have been identified and quoted for during the survey 2) snagging that was identified, albeit very minor, still not addressed some months after the project was completed, as well as the fitting of some additional accessories that we wanted to purchase 3) promised remedial works to different bathroom not attended to

Amazing showroom with all the latest from manufacturers such as Vitra and Aqualisa. Excellent service from Chris and his team. Their installation and design service was extremely helpful when we chose our new bathroom.

The finished product is good, but they delivered a damaged unit and have failed to turn up twice when they promised to deliver and fit the new unit.
