Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

Terrible customer service. We have booked an appointment with this showroom but when we came the staff there said she was not aware about our booking. Totally Waste of time ! We intend to buy two complete set of bathroom appliances from them but now we do not trust the service from them anymore. What if we pay and they may say they are not aware about this !!

Very poor customer service, delivered our tiles to wrong address then wanted us to pay £40 to get redelivered. Definitely would not recommend. Still waiting for there customer service department to ring back😠

All the staff at Easy Bathrooms have been wonderful to deal with. Kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I am extremely happy with my bathroom, and the quality of the products are fantastic. I will post photos when all trimmings are finished.
