When I decided to replace our bathroom I wanted a good quality so that it would last for many years. So I knew I didn't want to go to the usual DIY stores. I also wanted someone to design it as it's current configuration was not ideal. I searched the Internet and found Ripples. My first thought was it would be outside our budget as the showroom looked very high spec. I went in anyway and arranged an appointment. Katie looked after us throughout the whole process. She was great. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable of all the products and a great designer. And best of all it was all within our budget! Katie recommended a few installers and we chose one. She made it clear from the start how they worked and that the finishing would be amazing. And she was correct. The bathroom looks amazing and we are very happy. There were a couple of changes made mid installation but they were dealt with super fast and no quibbles. I'd highly recommend Ripples.

When it came to designing and purchasing a new bathroom I didn’t know where to start. Previous experience of kitchen showrooms with pushy sales people jumping on you the moment you walk in and then ‘designing’ the room so every available space was filled whether or not I wanted it, had left me wary. Ripples Chelmsford is NOT like that. The Designer, Katie really listened to what I wanted and the overall effect I wanted to achieve. She asked me what worked and what didn’t work in my current bathroom and offered innovative ideas for solutions. Once she knew my requirements/likes/dislikes and budget, she produced a beautiful hand drawn design which was perfect. I was further reassured by the fact she is a qualified designer and has studied all aspects of design as well as having years of experience in the bathroom industry and an impressive portfolio to show for it. My bathroom was installed by Ricky, (A Ripples approved installer.) his expertise and attention to detail resulted in an outstanding finish. The whole experience was totally stress- free and I would thoroughly recommend Ripples, Chelmsford.

Be careful..

We bought items for 5 bathrooms from Ripples at the beginning of January 2017. They get all their pieces mostly from one supplier in Spain - sanipexgroup, its good quality but limited in choice.

We ordered wall and floor tiles in the January for delivery in June. They only sent half of the order and their supplier sold the rest of our tiles to a hotel group. Ripples failed to make sure they could fulfill our order so we had to wait 4 weeks, leaving us with no working bathrooms.

We arranged and paid for 2 bathroom fitters for the day we were promised the tiles, yet ripples still couldn't come up with the goods. Not only we're our bathrooms delayed 4 weeks, we had to pay our fitters £750 for twiddling their thumbs with no offer of compensation from Ripples.

All in all, bad experience and we will not be using them again.

I am absolutely thrilled with the bathroom and ensuite recently designed and fitted by Ripples.

The service and attention to detail I received from Katie and Chris was outstanding. They are both incredibly professional and very knowledgeable and really helped me with ideas for my dream bathrooms; nothing was too much trouble.

The bathrooms at Ripples are of very high quality and the attention to detail from me first calling into the showroom to the end results are stunning.

Thankyou Chris and all your team. I have and will continue to recommend.

Poor. And they never even saw my bathroom.

Don't waste your time here. After visiting the, very nice, showroom, which they made sure we could afford their 'high end' spec , we left our details for a follow up home visit. We did not receive a call as promised to arrange a home visit. I figured that was that, we obviously weren't worthy clients and I did not follow it up.

Then received a call a few weeks later from them, saying they'd emailed (nowhere to be found my end) and they arranged a home visit for a week later.

They did not show up.

I called them to query - was told, 'yes its in the diary - let us call the fitter and see if he's held up' - I waited half hour and still no call back. Called them again - they hung up on me, then called again and was told 'well we didn't actually confirm the visit' and asked if I'd received an email. No I did not. Another invisible email I guess?

There was no hint of an apology, just trying to blame me for expecting them to show up as planned. If any major works to your home starts off like this you would be a fool to continue engagement.

We recently used Ripples to design and supply our new bathroom and could not be happier with the service from Ross and the team in the Chelmsford showroom. The experience from start to finish was very relaxed, easy and enjoyable. There are so many great options on display in the showroom and the team were incredibly helpful in showing us different options and ideas whilst being really flexible to our needs and coming up with a bespoke design that would work for us. The range and quality of the products is second to none. We would definitely recommend Ripples, and especially a visit to the showroom as it is such a helpful part of the process. Had a great experience with Ripples. From design to implementation the team were able to provide great advice and guidance on what was a fairly tricky design & fit (knocking down walls and moving a boiler). We are absolutely delighted with the results and would certainly recommend Ripples to others.

Do not use this company. Ross Buck the manager/owner does not accept any responsibility errors made in design and has left us with a vanity unfit for purpose. His final words to me were "not my problem" when trying to discuss the issue and that about sums up their performance. They still owe us over £1000 in refunds for goods supplied and returned but because they have not been able to keep track of this themselves, we have so far been offered £9 the first time and now £417. I would not recommend these to anyone.
