The Bathroom Cellar - Maidstone

Having decided to refurbish our bathroom we visited several well known stores to assess both availability and quality of bathroom fittings and fixtures. Our initial impressions were disappointing until we visited the Bathroom Cellar in Maidstone. From the outset Steve Perfect did everything possible to help us refine our ideas, advise us without ever pushing his own agenda and doing his utmost to ensure we ordered quality products at very competitive prices. We visited the store several times and had Steve Perfect come to our home for a survey visit. The outcome was that we ordered our complete bathroom from this store as well as identifying a first rate bathroom fitter through Steve Perfect's advice. We have no hesitation in recommending the Bathroom Cellar's Maidstone branch.

We bought all our bathroom items from Bathroom cellar. We had quite a few issues whilst the plumber was installing and the customer service and urgency from this place is dire. We ended up having to place an order with HPS who dealt with the request within hours. After 4 days we heard back from the bathroom cellar who didn't even do anything with our request in that time. I've also emailed a complaint over, regarding poor customer service and general after sales being non existent which after 3 weeks still hasn't even been acknowledged, which sums this place up really. The quality of the items we purchased were fine but if you have any issues your feel the pain. If you value customer service and peace of mind go somewhere else

Needed a new bathroom and with limited space and high expectations the bathroom cellar team provided excellent advice and service with fantastic pricing. All items were delivered in plenty of time and in perfect condition. All in all a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend using them.

Walked in there with a picture of my leaking waste pipe for my washing machine. The guys behind the counter were more than happy to help not only with the item I needed but with what needed to be done to get it fixed. They were patient (yeah I have no idea about plumbing per se), showed me step by step what to do and were more than accommodating. Once I got home, I fixed it in 10min following their instructions so I take that as a win! :) If I ever face any similar issues they will be the ones to see for sure!

Excellent service and price when we purchased the sanitaryware for our en-suite. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely return here when we are ready to refit the family bathroom.

I visited the showroom to view options for a new bathroom. I was greeted by a helpful member of staff who showed me the different bathrooms available to me. Overall a very good service from start to finish. 5*.

Such great service. Everyone at The Bathroom Cellar was super helpful. They did 12 bathrooms in my house and all of which went in seamlessly. Would highly recommend.
