I've purchased several bathrooms from St Albans Bathroom Centre over the years. Always been happy with their customer service and product range.

Brilliant team, great service, excellent range and fantastic attention to detail. The designs that Lauren produced for us were lovely and we are still delighted with our bathrooms 18 months on. The after-sales service has also been superb - would recommend to anyone looking for a great local supplier.

Just to say that we are absolutely delighted with the all round seamless service provided by this Bathroom Centre.
Our plumber, who has now fitted out our new bathroom commented on the high quality of the items, as well as the fact that they were very reasonably priced.
This was not a good year to take on such a project, but Evie, who is clearly very experienced, did an amazing job in providing such novices as us, with all the help and advice that we could have ever have wished for.
So for us it has been simply a very pleasant and rewarding experience, and a big thank you also to Ross who ensures the smooth running of the store/shop.

We used St Albans Bathroom Centre for a large house refurbishment project back in 2016. At the time I was very impressed with their service, product range and price point.

Four years down the line and I can honestly say that their after sales service continues to impress.

I’ve had to make contact for a few part enquiries over the years and each time staff take ownership and are so helpful with requests. There’s never any chasing to do which is so refreshing.

Outstanding service and great range of high quality products. I had used St Albans Bathroom Centre 13 years ago, and had been very satisfied, so I came back when I planned an extension to my house, re-doing all the bathrooms. I cannot praise the design service enough! The 3 ladies in the shop really know their stuff, provided great advice, and were genuinely interested in my project. They helped me make savings where necessary, so that I could stay within my budget, as well as helped with every single issue that inevitably arose during the building works. A long overdue review. Last year we underwent an extensive house refurbishment including the design and build of 4 bathrooms. Having spent far too much time aimlessly wandering around various large bathroom stores, we eventually visited the St Albans Bathroom Centre following a recommendation. After spending 15 minutes with Lauren, we realised we should have come here first. Lauren was quickly able to help us with the design, provide guidance on materials and put together plans for each bathroom suitable for our budget. We ended up purchasing all 4 bathrooms here and a year later are still delighted with every aspect of each.
