Island Bathrooms

I thoroughly recommend Island Bathrooms. Their prices are very competitive and Kirsty was extremely helpful and resourceful in helping me decide what I wanted. She knows what she's talking about! I'm delighted with my refurbished en-suite bathroom.

Recently, my family decided that we finally want to replace our downstairs bathtub and install a new shower enclosure in its place. My father still needed to convincing but the prices and fantastic service provided by Mr Ashley P. was flawless. He had convinced my father and we purchased a fantastic unit that was very well priced.

Ashley was very professional, honest, and helpful in general. We weren't quite sure what we were looking for and at what price point. He (patiently) showed us around whilst constantly probing us with ideas that surprisingly, suited what we'd like without us even knowing it. The prices were also very competitive, especially in comparison rivals that are more proximal than you'd expect. Here, we got thicker glass in a much nicer enclosure for less money. Wow!

I must also add that I am a difficult customer and I'll ask a lot of questions (some of which can be intentionally difficult). All of the answers Ashley gave were honest and mostly positive - great!

He also explains it all with a high degree of clarity and doesn't attempt to mix his words or introduce complex words in an attempt to make himself 'appear more qualified'. He simplifies it so that we understand everything from the get-go. The pricing and build quality are desrcibed accurately without the constant pressure that salesmen at other firms might apply.

We are still fitting the unit in but our service has been flawless. I might add a final photo after I've finished building it into place! For now, I'll post a photograph of the unit we chose.

This is the 2nd time we have used Island bathrooms for complete bathroom refit. Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to designing our new bathroom. The price for all items needed was very good too. Seeing the bathroom items you have designed/ picked out on screen is also helpful. He was especially patient when our 3yr old was being a bit mischievous.

Once again we received very professional and rapid service from Island Bathrooms. Ashley Pickford was the stand out representative who went out of his way to help us select and purchase our bathroom product rapidly to meet an emergency during our current bathroom project. Josh, our bathroom designer couldn't have been more knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He steared us through the myriad of choices to be made when designing a bathroom as we are total novices! I would recommend island bathrooms to anyone. The help I have received from Jamie has been invaluable. He has talked me through all the decisions needed and guided me with a thorough understanding of my requirements.
