This company offers workmanship that is nothing short of being outstanding and their workmen are all highly skilled craftsmen.

Their customer care and planning (Billy is an expert so my advice is to listen to him) is second to none. These people are without any shadow of a doubt the best of the best in bathroom fitting companies.

I can 100% recommend this company who did our entire bathroom which consisted of a new floor, new drainage, new ceiling, new tiles all over the walls, a lovely low based walk in shower, a heated rail, grab rails, a fixed fold down shower seat, a soft close toilet seat and a new toilet and sink, an extractor fan, a new light fitting, all of the old and new pipes were all boxed in and tiled and they even turned the bathroom door around to open the other way then even filled the old hinge and lock holes in.

The workmen (especially Barrie) were very respectful and polite and they put a cover over the carpets to protect them and tidied up any waste. I cannot praise them enough as they gave us 100% satisfaction and kept us updated on the progress of the work as it went along, as you can probably tell I have been very impressed (and that is very rare these days).

I am so glad that someone recommended this company to me who had experienced the same level of service as what we got from a close knit team of professionals all of whom are experts in their individual trades.

What a team - Well Done

This is the second time I have used Regal Care Shower Trays Limited to install a new bathroom, the first time in my previous house in 2017 and now in my new home December 2020.

The whole process was very easy and was handled very well by Regal, from my initial contact, discussing a reconfiguration, doing the design, getting the quote, ordering the products up until the final fit.

The fitters did a great job with the final fit, they were very polite, knowledgeable and professional during their time at my house. They also left the property very tidy after they finished their work each evening or over the weekend.

I would definitely recommend Regal Care Shower Trays Ltd if you're considering a new bathroom.

In my experience/opinion, the real measure of a company is not just how it does in delivering a great product/service when everything goes smoothly but how it performs when there are challenges. Regal went above and beyond to help us when the product we ordered wasn't exactly what we expected and helped to keep our bathroom project on track by chasing suppliers late into the evening to sort things out. Michael (Sales Manager) and Elle (Sales Godess) couldn't have done more to keep things on track and to help us out. These guys/gals are amazing.

Last month we contacted Regal Care as I needed our bathroom converting to a wet room. From our initial contact with Billy requesting a quote we were very impressed with the excellent, professional, friendly service we have received. Billy provided a clear plan of the new wet room, a detailed quote, and gave us very helpful advice on the products we chose. The plan for actually fitting the wet room was as efficient as the first phase.

A start date was agreed and the fitter Barry arrived on schedule, not just on the first day but every day thereafter and ‘project managed’ the whole job extremely efficiently in a very friendly way, informing us each day how the job was progressing. It soon became obvious that Barry was a first class tradesman. When the job was completed Billy came back to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this company and in fact have already done so to a member of my family .

I'd highly recommend Billy and his team. They were excellent value, thorough, clean and the finish was great. Billy listened to our Dad's needs and accommodated them all without being pushy in any way. The fitters were very mindful of Dad's needs and always communicated with him when they needed to cut power or if the toilet was going to be out of use for a short time. All work was done as promised and on time.

Future proofing our bathroom by re-building it as a wet-room was a daunting task which Regal Showers took care of in style. Andy moved mountains for us and the results are of the highest quality. Everyone involved gave us service with a smile. We could not have asked for more. Regal have created a facility which is way beyond our hopes and expectations. We have no hesitation in giving them five stars.
