Andy and Richard deliver exactly what their name says. I can't recommend them enough. We have an amazing kitchen thanks to Andy's brilliant help. Always helpful and very knowledgeable. Great job guys.

Absolutely disgusting service received, an absolute joke that they claim to have a first class reputation for product knowledge and customer service, when they hang up on an enquiry. Andy was vile, unprofessional and lacking in common courtesy. How on earth they are still trading is a mystery. I am absolutely shocked at the way our enquiry has been handled, total bunch of cowboys!! DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!

Visited this showroom a few weeks ago, greeted my a man, I frustratingly didn’t get his name. However he was a tallish bald man.
I did mention I was just having a nosy, new build project and I was looking for ideas before any set decisions on the project were made. I was honest and said I’ve been looking around a lot of places to find what I was looking for.
The impression I got was that he felt he had to show me around, his arrogance was overwhelming. Maybe if I’d been dressed in designer clothing with a Mulbery handbag he would of been more accommodating! During my new build project I have met so many people in all different jobs, tradesmen and salesmen, this man was most probably the worst example of what you would expect from one.
I worked in customer service for 6 years and you learn that some people should not be in these roles, you need certain qualities when dealing with the public, if you suffer with arrogance and chauvinism where you undermine people, I suggest they re-think your day job!
A beautiful showroom but sadly the service was shocking!

I was really pleased to find this business. Some beautiful kitchens and bathrooms and the man in charge, Richard, was very helpful.

Bitterly disappointed with this company. Kept us waiting for four months for a quote for labour after going through choosing the design and fittings only to tell us they weren’t fitting kitchens. Impossible to get hold of Richard the owner, who didn’t have the decency to speak to us. Extremely frustrating.

Great Service ,Great Products & Instalation was Immaculate.
Richard &Team advised well as they really know their business. Everything was very well fitted by people who really know what they are doing.
