Ocean Bathrooms have just finished the installation of our new wetroom. From my first meeting with James in the showroom followed by all the help that Melanie provided in selecting the products the design and preparation of the 3 D images followed by the clean polite professional conduct of the installation team again led by Phil can only be described as a triumph.. To make it clear Phil is the proprietor of the business in company with his wife Melanie his hands on dedication is second to none Anyone considering installing anything to do with bathroom products are not doing themselves a favour. if they do visit this showroom in Buckley the quality of the products on display is awesome and everything that follows is as it is said. All that is left to say is a huge thank you to Phil, Melanie and all the team and may your business grow as you would wish and certainly as you deserve thank you Jim Hollingsworth, Afonwen

The Oceans fitting team of Lewis and Nigel have just completed converting our bathroom to a Wetroom allowing access to the shower with my wheelchair. We were given a completion price and time frame for the project to be completed, both price and time were met, primarily due to the skills and punctuality of the team.
No shortcuts were taken and we were kept informed each day of what was going on, the materials used were top quality throughout including German Hansgrohe Shower unit, taps etc. All through the project the lads continually cleaned up the rubble and dust that was created. On final completion yesterday they talked us through everything we needed to know and we had grins from ear to ear appreciating the quality of the finished article, well done to the team you really are a credit to Oceans Kitchens and Bathrooms.

Poor service (it took 6 weeks to attempt to design my bathroom, and even then I had only planned half of it - they don’t reply to emails or answer any questions) and completely OVERCHARGE on the items they supply - you can get nearly all of them half the price on the internet. My quote to move the bathroom to a bedroom was £20,000 and when I questioned the quote and requested that I buy some items myself from the internet, HALF THE PRICE offered by Oceans, they refused to deal with me - buyers beware, check your items on the internet. Ask for a full breakdown of your quotation before committing. I wanted a stand alone bath, £1,200 on the internet, Oceans quoted me over £3,000

Once again many thanks to Phil, Melanie and all at Oceans for the fitting of our new Cloakroom. As always everything is well designed and excellently fitted by the team. In particular a big Thank you to Paul who spared nothing in his attention to detail. Well done

Top company 2nd to one

We had our bathroom installed late Sept/Oct 2020(sorry about the late review)there was a 3 month delay due to the first lockdown understandably,from our first visit when we were greeted by Chloe we received nothing but friendliness,our 2 installers workmanship was spot on(big shout out to Ian & Jason,lovely pleasant lads)6 months on we are more than happy with our purchase(not the cheapest but it shows in the quality of goods & end finish)
