N&C Tiles and Bathrooms

I would like to thank Nathan, Naz , Emma and the delivery team for my truly amazing service. I purchased 90cm x 90cm tiles which when laid by my exceptional tiler Karl Attard look simply incredible. Every tile had its own protective covering on and all tiles were perfect. I personally recommend N&C TIles and Bathrooms. Jolly good price too! Big thanks.

Good costumer service from Az. She is an expert in her field with good knowledge. The quality of tiles recommended was 10/10 and we kitted out our three bathrooms and all of downstairs. Highly recommend visiting this branch!

We purchased the tiles from N & C which were about £4,000 and the staff was kind enough to keep the tiles in the warehouse until the tiler was ready. In order to keep the warranty valid we requested a tiler who would use all Nicobond products. We were given the details of a Tiler, Ian Bishop (IRB Tiling); who had done some work in their showroom. He came to look at our job and costed the job more than £4,000. We agreed and waited for him as he said he was busy with another job. When he came to see the job he said he will take the money upon completion. However when he completed just little more than 50% of the job, he asked for £2,000 stating that he has to pay his worker. We paid him £1,800. At this point we had some assistance from N& C to prompt Ian Bishop, the tiler to come back.

Once again Ian was polite and pleasant and apologised for not replying to my numerous requests. He finished the job and we paid him in full. During the job there was excessive wastage but I was keen to get the job finished so i didn't interfere. Two weeks later we found out that he had deliberately messed up the pattern. He stopped doing the pattern which we originally agreed witg him. I took the materials back to N&C and once again the staff happily took the materials back. These were beautiful tiles but the tiler had used 3 different patterns or there is no pattern. In a large room it does become obvious that the job has been messed up. We cannot even hide it with the furniture and its a constant reminder of his ill hearted behaviour. It is shame that his co-worker went along with him. N & C has good products and staff is very helpful but N&C association with this tiler had landed us in this situation.

Rob, Az and Liam are all highly experienced, friendly and helpful. Their customer service is second to none. The range of products N&C offer is exceptional and the quality is extremely good. Would highly recommend to others! 5 Stars!

Bought some lovely grey porcelain tiles from the Urban range, for bathroom floor. Very reasonable price and delivered on time. Returned two surplus boxes for a refund and the lovely lady at customer service even lifted them from my car.
