Absolutely terrible. Bought a 800mm wide toilet and sink unit in brilliant white. When it got installed and the two units were side by side, you could see they were different colours. Reported to them through their website, they claimed they didn't receive it and made me submit it again through Plumb Logistics website. Photos provided as requested. Replacement vanity unit sent out but it was the same colour as the existing one so no use. I was then told because I'd installed it I'd contractually accepted it! Spoken to citizens advise who confirmed this is NOT true. All of my suggestions to resolve have been ignored, and they've refused to give me a phone number to discuss it with them claiming they are online only

Awful company.

Ordered bathroom for relative who sadly died a few days later. Would not accept return, took weeks of chasing to respond.

Finally prepared to accept return and wanted to further profit by charging £99 to post the item and a further 20% to restock it.

Unscrupulous, heartless company. Would never recommend.

Very poor service. Avoided responding to emails after selling poor quality sink that stained after 2 weeks.
