Unfortunately we encountered a problem with ordering an additional item (around £80) had a bit of a ...hissy fit?

Spent over £3000 and because they didn't advise me about this item, then became annoyed about it costing them under £100 to sort it...

Not only did I get a great deal on top quality (new fully waterproof acrylic flooring) the sales lady, Hannah was amazing. Her efforts to ensure I had the right colour, advise for my floor layer, on cutting and connecting, we’re first class.

What a 100 percent satisfied service I was given. Highly recommended
