Deliver what they promised. I waited all day for a delivery that never came and then got told a calling card had been left! I strongly recommend that you use anyone else but this awful terrible shocking disgusting company!
This is good customer service and I would certainly purchase other items from Plumbtap.
I had an issue with another eBay supplier BathroomLegacyUk, were I never received the item. I eventually ordered with Plumbtap after receiving my refund back from BathroomLegacyUk.
I had a main issue with my original shower head were it started to leak water through the seam and it ran at the back of the bathroom wall and run down onto the floor even with a shower curtain in the way.
Even though the shower head looks quite bulky and looks like it may drop down, but after testing it out it looks sturdy and stays upright.
The setting will give me and my boyfriend our preferred shower settings. Which my BF will prefer a more of a jet wash.
The settings are moved by a dial and a click to know when you’ve changed settings.
Each setting is different there is a couple similar settings but you still get a variety that you want. Settings range from a gentle spray to the standard shower spray and to the jet spray.
Really pleased with it so far.

I purchased 2 concealed cisterns through this company which both failed due to a manufacturing fault in early June . I provided photographs ,videos , quotes from tradesman and have CONSTANTLY being fobbed off by customer service , saying that it is with the insurance company , I have worked in insurance and know that due to FCA regulations they have to respond within a specific time period . I have asked for the details of the insurance so I can pursue through the ombudsman, they declined to provide this information . I have been without ANY working toilets in my property for over 10 weeks now and having 3 kids off on school holidays has been a stressful nightmare !!! Using the neighbours toilets or driving to family nearby has been so embarrassing and put a huge amount of pressure on the family environment. The latest is that a week ago 'summer ' who is the customer service manager and Christopher Nash who is the MD were personally dealing with this over the weekend . I called last Monday 20th to be told that summer is actually on to the insurer now discussing my case and will call me within the hour .. that was 8 days ago! I would encourage any potential customer of this company to beware s if you have an issue you could find yourself in a similar position. I have now contacted my own insurance and am taking legal action under the sale of goods act as quite frankly I can't bear the thought of this carrying on any longer !!!
Unfortunately Plumb Tap would not provide the dimensions. So not very helpful!
