Me and the family went into varleys Newtown and the gentleman who spoke to us called joe was very helpful and a nice and friendly man. I would recommend this shop to visit. We are having a kitchen and bathroom and it's all been hassle free and very easy to organise everything from ordering and fitting and good prices too.

We had excellent service from this company when we needed a new kitchen. It wasn’t just the quality of the various ranges of kitchens in the showroom but the invaluable knowledge of the owner himself, Joe Varley. He knew exactly which floor and wall tiles would complement our final choice. He project managed everything and even though having a new kitchen fitted is extremely stressful and disruptive he seemed to make the whole experience less so with his calm and helpful manner. I can’t recommend this company highly enough for quality, professionalism and customer satisfaction.

We went into the store to purchase tiles and wc for a bathroom refurbishment. Initially the salesman that dealt with us was very helpful. Once we had decided to purchase the owner came over to interfere with the sale, and was trying to get us to buy his showroom stock. We declined, and ordered the items that we required. We were told the items would be in store within 3 days But were told we needed to pay the full amount upfront. We did this and was told that they would call us when the items arrived, After a week with no call I phoned the store to be told the items had arrived. When I got to store I found that only the tiles had arrived but the W.C would be there at the end of the week. Again I had no call with an update so I called only to find that they had closed the store for Xmas. After xmas I tried again . This time I was told the wc had arrived but they weren't open.I agreed to go to store straight away where they had left the W.C outside for me to collect. As I needed another box of tiles I called them and ordered them over the phone, again being told they would call when they arrived. After a week I called again and was told the factory had been snowed in, and with the pandemic they were working on skeleton staff. I have now decided to go else where for the tiles. The customer service of this company is an absolute joke. When I replace our Kitchen in the spring I know one place I WOULDN'T go.
Since writing my review I have been contacted by the owner who was very apologetic about the experience I'd had. I turned down his offer of a voucher, and consider his apology for the situation as an acceptable end to the matter. All of the excuses could have been perfectly genuine, However as in all situations of grievances communication is the key.

Unhelpful staff who, qiite frankly couldn't be bothered.
