Really happy with the service and prices. From the initial phone call where I asked what I would need for my bathroom, there was a quick email response and even the delivery driver was very helpful offering installation advice.

Contacted this company twice. On both occasions I received excellent customer service from Lewis. My 16 year old bathroom has had an amazing makeover. I used the panels to create feature walls. Thank you Easy Panels!

Do not use this company. We were sent panels with a manufacturing error on the pattern, just slight enough that it wasn't noticeable until the panels were cut and installed (we had 2 grout lines next to each other where there should be one. This couldnt be cut off due to the tongue and groove fittings) Easy Panels then refused to help as the panels had been cut. No refunds, exchange or anything even though their product was at fault. Absolutely disgusted with this, they should be ashamed to send this product out to their customers.

Ordered panels from these and the wrong panels arrived, after an email conversation with there ‘customer service team’ I decided to ring to speak to them as it was easier to explain the situation over the phone. Rude and unhelpful responses on the phone where I was given the option to return the wrong panel (that was sent by them) for a return fee followed by a delivery fee for them to collect which by the end of my £74 order I would receive a £5 refund for returning a panel I couldn’t use due to there error the ‘customer service’ personal who told me this laughed as they said I would be better off just keeping it for the hassle. What type of service is this? Would never recommend to anyone! May as well have just chucked my money in the bin and never bothered!

We ordered samples of the shower panels we were interested in and they arrived promptly. We placed our order and arrived week later. Excellent service and the product is excellent value. Would highly recommend this company for shower panels.
