Purchased a bathroom suite from them,prompt delivery and the staff I dealt with were very helpful.

Just visited PHS in Wrexham this morning , I can't stress how helpful and courteous the staff were on the plumbing /parts counter - especially Colin who persevered to resolve a problem with our unusual taps, which he sorted.

We had a great experience using PHS Supplies. Steven was really friendly and knowledgable and helped plan our bathroom for us. Delivery was quick and a smooth process. We're so happy with the bathroom products we ordered, really great quality. Would recommend.

At our builder's suggestion we visited PHS to look at bathrooms for our new build. From our initial enquiry right through to delivery, every member of staff, without exception, has been extremely helpful and made dealing with PHS an absolute pleasure. Due to Covid there have been hiccups along the way but each time PHS have communicated with us promptly and helped us source alternatives.
Although all have been excellent, especial thanks goes to Kris Ellis who really has gone above and beyond to help us.

Appalling customer service. Called in today with my wife, we're upgrading a bathroom. Wandered around looking at the bathrooms, nobody was remotely interested. An overweight woman sat at a desk in the middle of the showroom, was chit chatting to some man in a plumber's shirt, I could hear it was nothing important. I walked past them, she looked at me, couldn't smile, say hello or ask if I needed help, just a complete blank. Even if she was busy, a simple 'I'll be with you in a minute' would have been polite. PHS was the last call of several showrooms around Wrexham, they are right off the list now. I'd suggest if PHS are serious about business, they get some courteous staff.

Buying a bathroom from here ended up being a very painful experience. One part was damaged, another part (end of bath panel) they had just forgotten to order, systems kept crashing during our initial appointments, the first designer we spoke to took our measurements down wrong so we ended up having to come back and redo the design. The bathroom is now finished and nice but we had to take 4 trips back to the shop for the broken and missing parts. I was told we'd get the missing part £40 for free due to the inconvenience but went in the next day to pick it up and they made me pay.
