Great quality bathroom. Really pleased with the items ordered. The staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful and gone above and beyond to help me even when I messed up my order! Can’t understand the negative reviews of their customer service but it may be that they are a small company with only a handful of staff so are exceptionally busy and only human recently they were working even though they had Covid! You can’t always get through immediately but when you do speak to them they are lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for so long. Purchased my bathroom suite last year, I found Gavin extremely helpful. At the time they had a free light up mirror as part of the purchase however I cheekily asked if it would be possible to have the black towel radiator instead which Gavin arranged for me.
Upon delivery, we did have a damaged shower screen however this was clearly the fault of haulage company. I phoned in straight away and it was rectified immediately.
They also sent us the light up mirror even though we had previously agreed to have the black radiator. This was also rectified straight away.
It took us a while to instal the bathroom as this was being done by my husband. We then realised that the toilet seat was missing 🙈 bearing in mind this was months after we ordered, i contacted Gavin and it was sorted straight away.
Yes there were issues. However all the issues were sorted and that’s I ask for as a consumer. We all make mistakes but it’s how the company deals with it, is what matters. I would use this company again.

I am over the moon with my Athena bathroom suite and my black taps . The bathroom is off top quality. There customer service is outstanding , no matter when you message you get a answer straight back. I asked many a question as I wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted and I was a little bit scared as I like to touch the items to feel the quality but couldn’t, no reason to worry as it’s fantastic. Highly recommend this company and would 100% buy from them again. Delivery was super quick. Thank you.

Had a great experience, as had a number of questions re the products being purchased before ordering and about the special offer that also attached to the purchase. This was over the summer period and responses from Gavin were always prompt and really helpful.

Products have now been delivered and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Very pleased with the quality of the Clevedon bathroom suite package, especially for the price paid.

Online chat function was useful and all staff friendly and knowledgeable.

There were a few minor delivery issues but these were resolved quickly.

Ordered a bathroom from these guys on the 10th October..it was delivered just 2 days later on the 12th!
All checked on arrival and all complete and intact. Now it’s fitted it’s amazing quality and the quadrant shower is awesome. If I’m honest I didn’t know what to expect ordering online and at their prices but I’m so glad we did. If you’re looking for a new bathroom don’t hesitate to shop here. Such an easy pleasant transaction from start to finish, great customer service and super fast delivery.

Horrendous experience with this dismal firm. Incomplete delivery followed by wrong items (a shower enclosure and tray) to follow. Cheap and nasty gold finish on the handle and hinges instead of the advertised (and paid for) brushed brass too, in common with previous reviews. No apology offered at any stage and 'human error' glibly given as an explanation twice before them ending all contact after a few defensive, poorly communicated and inconsistent replies which eventually placed blame onto us for not having spotted the faults sooner, or some rubbish. The shutdown in communications from managers Gavin and Tracy after explaining our urgency as a one bathroom household with a child will give you some measure of who you'd be dealing with should one make the colossal mistake of entering any transaction with them.
Looking at the negative reviews here and on other forums (and you are advised to take note of them 100%; see the curiously repetitive and transparently self-written reviews which have miraculously turned up on here pretty much daily from ‘customers’ with remarkably similar dining habits elsewhere since their fraudulent reviews were flagged over on Trustpilot), there is an evident pattern with this firm sending out damaged or incorrect goods and then shifting the goalposts and ignoring honest customers after pocketing their hard-earned cash.
There's also an evident pattern in their response and replies to reviews like this and they care very much about their PR, so we're looking forward to whichever irrelevances, untruths, denials and stock responses about nasty customers lying about small, independent firms etc. are chuntered out in the field below or via text message at whatever hour. Edit forthcoming here, probably.
We've eventually managed to retrieve our money via our bank, but others have been less fortunate and so we're inviting anyone who's been similarly stitched up (at least one household a week currently, going by the reviews) to get in touch regarding the legal and Trading Standards actions we have commenced. I'm reasonably easy to find on the socials and we will gladly continue to provide testimonials and evidence for anyone who asks for their own purposes too.
We've always checked these forums regarding tradesmen and manufacturers but never for retailers so this has been an education, but anyone who has had the foresight to check in here regarding Tradeprices is categorically advised to avoid them at all costs. They shouldn't be trading.
