A great selection of bathrooms and good quality. Some good ideas on layout. Staff helpful.

Waited for 15 minutes to be served whilst the staff were too busy talking amongst themselves. Ended up leaving after waiting

Tony at the Bessemer Road Cardiff Branch was absolutely Brilliant, over 3 consultations and a few Tel calls he worked hard to ensure everything was perfect. Absolutely nothing was a problem, handled the project in a very friendly way with enthusiasm. Beat the other quote I had by saving over £2k with same quality fittings.

If there were 10 stars I would have posted them. Tony Scarlet at the Bessemer road branch showroom in Cardiff was so helpful we decided
not to look anywhere else.

Everything I required but would appreciate if your delivery vehicles wouldn't park in front the gate entrance you loose a lot of customers because they can't drive into the yard
