Cheeky Bathrooms

Absolutely disgrace of a company we have purchased a bath that was delivered with no legs and the packaging looking like it had been battered.
Asked them to collect the bath and return they asked for £90 for collection.
Then 24 hours later told us they won't collect the bath and we have to keep it with no refund.

George the customer service had no customer relations had attitude and was ignorant towards helping to assist the collection of the purchase.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !

Terrible customer service, ordered several wall hung toilet frames, one of them had been re-taped ( twice!) I stupidly presumed they would have checked this. Anyhow, items cracked and unusable, not only did they not answer my first communication via their website they have declined any compensation and even suggested that I could have done this!
Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere!!

Was very apprehensive ordering from this company after seeing the reviews online. And I wished I would have steered clear! My bathroom suite was fitted almost one month after being delivered, so it wasn’t untill after it was being fitted the tradesmen realised there was items missing, I.e shower head, and the waste and over flow which is advertised as being included with the bath. I have contacted the company, and they have no interest in helping. It’s just a matter of computer says no, or will have to contact the delivery company, like I was the ones that arranged the delivery!!? Shoddy service won’t be ordering from them again. Don’t understand how they are still operating with all the negative reviews tho be honnest.

Awful company.

Ordered bathroom for relative who sadly died a few days later. Would not accept return, took weeks of chasing to respond.

Finally prepared to accept return and wanted to further profit by charging £99 to post the item and a further 20% to restock it.

Unscrupulous, heartless company. Would never recommend.

Will also hide behind their dispatch company ‘Plumbworks’ and ignore you.

WRONG PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM EVEN IF IT IS CHEAPER
I item I brought a round Bath Pop Up Waste BW001 ONLY TO FIND PARTS WERE MISSING.
They denied ever receiving the item sent back to them even when it is 1st class recorded delivery and I have the receipt to prove it which I emailed to them.
They guys who answered the phone today 16.15pm 18.7.22 had no welcome manner on the phone, had an can't be bothered attitude I not going to help.

I ordered my bathroom and then read the reviews and did panic slightly. I work in construction and know not every order comes correctly. There was a unit that come wrong but was quickly rectified. Every time I have rang they have answered the phone quickly and tried to answer my questions. Can’t fault them really

I placed an order through ebay for a cistern and brushed brass flush plate unfortunately the pipes to connect the two were not provided and when I raised this issue with the sellers they played ignorant and only entertained sending anything if I’d spend more money. After many emails of them asking ridiculous questions (such as parts numbers) to stall acknowledgment I decided to call the company. Again as soon as your not spending any more money with them they want you off the phone as quickly as possible with no resolve. Extremely poor customer service and if you want to order something that does not function as sold then this is the company to buy from. Avoid!

AVOID!! Wish I had read these review before I bought via ebay...!! What a waste of time. Toilet frame arrived broken and unusable, flush was missing. Non-existent customer services and total waste of time. Better to pay a tiny bit extra and actually receive what you order.
