Booked an appointment with Charlotte for eyelash extensions. Very professional and friendly, website was so easy to use and understand. Upon my arrival Charlotte was so friendly and welcoming, her clinic was super easy to find! During the appointment Charlotte consulted with me about what look i would like to achieve, the appointment was so relaxed and I loved my eyelash set! The aftercare advice was great. I always use Charlotte for my infills now. 😊

Charlotte corrected the shape and colour of my brows which had gone a bluey colour by someone else years ago. I’m so happy with the colour and shape I’m no longer embarrassed about my brows and no longer need the pencils!!
