Just had my second tattoo done by artist Chelsea, and I couldn't be more happy with her service and work! She is incredibly friendly and informative, really puts you at ease, and her pieces are such good value for money. I can't wait for my future tattoos with her!

I can't recommend Shanti to get your lashes done enough. Having never had eyelash extensions, I wanted a natural but noticeable look and Chloe was so friendly and calm and listened to exactly what I wanted. She took her time, making sure it looked perfectly and that not a single lash was out of place, and still did it for an amazing price. Thanks so much for making my experience so great, and making me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I'll be definitely be returning, I love the lashes :)

Went in for a full and leg and playboy wax as i am going on holiday next week, i have waxed myself previously but wanted the longevity so decided to book what i though was a proefessional wax. I recieved quite the opposite, not only was strip wax used despite having an intimate area waxed where hard wax yields better results but i noticed after the appointment that multiple spots on both my legs and intmate areas had been missed with strips still left hairy. Furthermore any other areas i noticed the hair had been snapped opposed to actually removed at the follicle so i was left prickly and incredibly rashy. i dont really understand what i payed for considering i payed £38 and wanted to be hairless for my holiday, i have since had to shave just 2 days after my wax as the snapped hairs have begun to grow back through. Incredibly angry and frustrated as i have wasted my money on a service that i could have recieved better results from shaving. So not only is the hair not long enough now to get it waxed elsewhere but ive essentially payed £38 for someone to shave me and not wax. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

So shocked with my experience today it was so unhygienic.

I booked to get my eyebrows waxed and gel toes done. I was taken into the room with the bed for waxing and there was a previous eyelash appointment stuff everywhere. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned let alone tidied in so long. The paper on the bed was dirty and used and had old eyelashes stuck to it. So disgusting. I just led there hoping it would be over quickly feeling so awkward. The wax wasn’t properly warmed for the first eye so it was uncomfortable and dragged the skin when applied too.

Then when I has my toes done it was so uncomfortable. They didn’t have a proper pedicure chair so I was sat with my feet up on her lap and it was just really unprofessional. I chose white and the nail polish is all patchy .

Never again will I come back.

I had been let down by my usual lash artist and was going away a couple of days later. I booked a last minute appointment. Linh was incredible. I showed her images of what I normally have and she absolutely surpassed them. My lashes look and feel amazing. I had a hybrid set. Linh let me fall asleep and didn't bother me after a hard day at work! (Sorry!)

I have rebooked for my infill in a couple of weeks time.

Would not recommend. One nail fell off the day after I got them done and another fell off a week later. Nail polish was chipped and left with air bubbles in it. Overall poor quality.
