Awful customer service, my partner purchased a voucher worth £100- I booked in for a few treatments and confirmed via email. The owner of the salon confirmed back via email. I got dropped off to the appointment, waited for 20 mins to be told that I wasn't booked in. I didn't receive an apology. I was just told that in future I should call up to make an appointment as emails were not reliable. I might add that I had to walk home in the rain (which was about an hour away) I asked for a refund for the voucher and the owner refused to issue a refund on numerous occasions. Luckily my partner purchased the voucher on a credit card, so we explained what happened to them and provided proof or purchase and all correspondence between my self and the owner and we received our money back. It was an absolute joke!

Each treatment is professionally carried out to a very high standard and I thoroughly recommend visiting here.

Jenna made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and allowed me to soften into the massage with the right amount of pressure too , just what I need and in silence too which is not always the case in some salons, I will be back again for sure
