Staff always cheerful and welcoming. Lovely salon that offers many treatments at reasonable and competitive prices. Cannot fault the service and I am always pleased with my gel nails created by Laura.

Been coming here for years..all the girls are lovely and they work really hard to give the customer 100% satisfaction.

Unfortunately it has come to the point where I need to leave a review as I am being IGNORED.

I have been going to Lauren for a few months now and unfortunately this is the second time my nails have been messed up.

Having done nails previously, this is how I know and this has been addressed.

The first time gel was applied to my skin which caused lifting after only a few days of getting nails done and I had to apply a normal polish to try and cover it which in my opinion is ridiculous.

I have then recently contacted her as she has forgotten to apply too coat to one of my nails which is discolouring! It looks ridiculous compared to the best which is bright white!

She is ignoring my messages and has posted on her story so os using Facebook and was unable to fix it around the timings I was available so just decided to ignore me. Ridiculous customer service! Not even an apology or option of a partial refund!
